📑 CONTEST RULES

  • Must be your own original concept & not a copy of someone else’s artwork.

  • Rustangelo or other automated drawing programs are not allowed.

  • Art must be drawn freehand (tablets & pens are allowed).

  • Must be completed by the deadline - 9:00 pm EDT the day of.

  • Cannot contain offensive, sexual content, or political statements.

  • Make sure your artwork is signed with your username.

📅 WHEN

  • DATE Sat Oct 12, 2024

  • TIME 10:00 am EDT - 9:00 pm EDT

  • PLACE Charitable Rust Server (connect play.charitablerust.com), in the main hub (/hub), look for the portals to the Art Contest arenas or type /artA (or replace A with B, C, D to teleport to a different arena) to instantly teleport to one of the four arenas.

🖌️ HOW TO PAINT

To start an art piece, go up to the painting (looking at the canvas) and claim it with the /claim command in-game chat. Only one (1) painting can be claimed per player. Once the canvas is claimed, no one else can interact with the painting. The mini sign above the canvas will automatically be generated with your Steam profile photo.

🔟 VOTING

Contenders for the finalist voting will be selected by the judges. This will move them to a public voting stage (posted in the Rustafied Twitch chat and Charitable Rust Discord). The top 10 finalists in the public poll will be reviewed by the judges who will choose the top 3 winners of the Art Contest.

NOTE - Any artist that is still on their canvas at the posted deadline will automatically be disqualified. There will be a server announcement requesting all artist who would like their art to be considered for the Art Contest to return to the Hub by the deadline.

Winners will be posted in the #winners channel in the Charitable Rust Discord & in the wrap up Charitable Rust blog post on rustafied.com
